Welcome (back) to biochemistry!

Biochemistry and Forensic students of all years, come join us for a general orientation of the biochemistry program! This will include presentations from Co-op, go global, the biochemistry student association, and finally a talk from one of our research faculty. See you all there!
Biochemistry Second-year breakout group

You will receive information pertaining to 2nd year biochemistry.
Third- and fourth-year orientation

You will receive information pertaining to 3rd and 4th year biochemistry specializations.
Forensic Science breakout group

You will receive information pertaining the combined honours in biochemistry and forensic science specialization.

Join the Biochemistry department for a student and faculty lunch mingle compliments of the Faculty of Science and the Department of Biochemistry.
Faculty Fair
- Lee Square Zone 1/University Commons
- Wooden platform
Feel free to check out the Faculty Fair, which will be happening alongside the Main Event. You will have the opportunity to meet various Science clubs and organizations.
Main Event
- Various Locations on Campus
Visit hundreds of booths along Main Mall hosted by UBC student groups, clubs, and UBC services. Chat with group representatives, sign up for clubs, or take part in activities throughout the fair.
Useful Information
Things to note
Time Zone: The schedule is displayed in Pacific Daylight Time.
In case it rains: If it's raining on the morning of Imagine UBC you will still be meeting your Orientation Group in the same location.
Things to bring: Water bottle, snacks, walking shoes, a rain jacket (just in case), a backpack, pen and paper.
