Residence International Welcome Session

Orientation Leaders will lead students from their residence areas to the International Welcome sessions, starting at 9:40AM on Monday, August 28th.  

To find out where to meet the group, please follow the directions for your residence area: 

Students from Totem Park and Ritsumeikan House:  

Meet on the həm̓ləsəm̓ Field 

Students from Orchard Commons:  

Meet on the Orchard Commons Field 

Students from Place Vanier:  

Meet on the Vanier Field 

Students from Gage Residence:  

Meet in the Walter Gage Commons Block 
 

If you would like to make your way to the session on your own, you can follow these directions. The sessions start at 10:00 AM: 

• Student living in Totem Park, Orchard Commons, and Ritsumeikan House will have their session in the Great Hall, on the 2nd floor of the AMS Student Nest.  
• Students living in Place Vanier and Gage Residence will have their session in room 1250 of the CIRS Building.
