Meeting up with your Learning Community
Throughout Jump Start, you will have many opportunities to spend time with your Learning Community (LC). At the start of each day, your LC will meet on Main Mall to kick-start the day together. This time with your LC is a great opportunity to make new friends and get ready for the day ahead! For a campus tour, dress for the weather by checking the forecast and layering as needed. Comfortable, supportive shoes are essential since you will be walking across various paths and stairs.

Finding your Learning Community
The button below takes you to maps.ubc.ca, the UBC Wayfinding website for navigating campus. In the upper left corner of the website, you can search your Learning Community’s name (e.g. LFS 04RA) to find your meet-up location.
Once you arrive, look for your Orientation Leaders who will be holding up a sign with your LC name. If you need help finding your group, there will be Jump Start leaders and staff around to support.
