Sathish Gopalakrishnan is the Associate Head for Undergraduate Programs in Electrical and Computer Engineering at UBC. He has been at UBC since 2007. His research is broadly in the areas of real time and embedded computing systems, and he is particularly interested in how we reason about the safety and dependability of such systems. He also works on resource allocation algorithms for computing systems. He enjoys working with undergraduate and graduate students and is very keen on helping students understand and benefit from research universities.
