Gabriel is a faculty member in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering and in Vantage College. He has a background in both science (biochemistry) and engineering (chemical and bioprocess engineering), and currently spends a lot of time developing educational programs and resources to improve the student experience. He collects antique books, owns 16 identical black tshirts, and if his eyes dont burn from 10 feet away, its not spicy enough.
